BOOKING INFORMATION & TERMS & CONDITIONS:

By booking with us you agree and accept our Terms & Conditions. These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made with YPLMS Ltd , whether made via our website, by email or over the telephone. They contain important information about your stay and we kindly ask that you read these carefully. If there is anything you would like to discuss regarding your booking or these terms and conditions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

 

Payment 

At the time of booking, you may have the option to pay a deposit (50% of the price) for a payment plan or pay in full.

Payment plans will only be available till 16th December 2019.

The remaining balance (50%) is due in full 60 days (26th January 2020) before the retreat start date.

We do not offer any discounts for a guest arriving late or leaving early.

If you sign up to the payment plan, you are agreeing to pay the full price of the retreat and you are responsible to pay the total as per the agreement you sign up to.

Payment in full must be made if the booking date is done from 16th December 2019 onwards.

All associated booking enquiries to changes should be made through us in the first instance,  should you require anything extra, i.e. a change from sharing to a single room please contact: yplmsretreat@gmail.com We will do our utmost best to accommodate your requirements.  

 

Cancellations by you

All deposits relating to the Retreat are non-refundable, but they are transferable to another person for the same date and room requirements (although upgrades from a shared to a single room might be available — please email us for details). 

We sometimes have a waiting list so please do enquire to see if we have anyone waiting for tickets that you can resell your space. We cannot promise we’ll be able to help you sell your spot.

It is your responsibility fulfil your future payment instalments, regardless of whether you find someone or we are able to connect you with someone on a waiting list.

If you want to cancel before 2 months of the retreat start day (before 26th December 2019) and you paid the full price, we’ll refund you 50%. The 50% deposit is non-refundable.

We regret that any cancellations within 2 months or less (from 26th December 2019 onwards) of the retreat start date are subject to a cancellation fee in the amount of 100% of the retreat cost. Fees are completely non-refundable.

 

Cancellations by us

While we have never cancelled a retreat to date if the ‘Putting Yourself First’ Retreat must be cancelled for any reason, you may transfer your full retreat payment to another future date retreat scheduled, or you may request a refund of your payment to us, constituting a full settlement.

We are not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip. 

We will not be liable for any other costs or expenses you may have incurred in the event of us cancelling a retreat.

(Please be sure that your travel insurance policy covers you for any relevant SPORT ACTIVITIES you will be engaging upon on your retreat & TRIP CANCELLATION).
